Refunds

If the toolkit isn't right for you, email within days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please include the email address you used to buy, your PayPal or Razorpay transaction ID, and a short note on why it wasn't right for you, so we can improve the toolkit.

Conditions

• Requests must reach us within days of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
• One refund per person or business. If you buy the toolkit again after a refund, that purchase can't be refunded.
• A refund ends your licence to use the toolkit. You must delete all copies of the files, including printed copies, and must not share them.

Once we approve a refund, we send it back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear within a few days; Razorpay refunds usually take 5–7 working days to reach your bank or card, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Because the toolkit is a digital download, there is nothing to cancel once it has been delivered — use the refund option above instead. If you paid but haven't received your download yet and no longer want it, email us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or paid by mistake, email us and we will refund the extra payment in full.
